Intro

Pescetarian
Pescetarianism /ˌpɛskɨˈtɛəriən/ (also spelled pescatarianism) is the practice of following a diet that includes fish or other seafood, but not the flesh of other animals. 



Disclaiming: I love meat. Steak, lamb, pork, chicken. However my body does not love meat, and in order to keep it from rebelling, I've had to adopt a diet that makes saturated fat the big bad guy.  No meat. No dairy. Nada.

To help myself, this blog will catalogue my efforts, my recipes and probably my confessions as I succumb to bacon every once in a while.
